1. No Refund Policy

a. Courses

• All course purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Once access to the course material is provided, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained, regardless of the extent of course usage.

b. Agency Services

• Payments for agency services, including but not limited to digital marketing, social media management, and website development, are non-refundable.
• Once a service agreement is signed and the work has commenced, no refunds will be provided.

2. Cancellations

a. Courses

• Course access cannot be canceled after purchase. Access will remain active for the duration specified at the time of purchase.

b. Agency Services

• Cancellation requests for agency services must be made in writing.
• Any cancellations after project commencement may still be subject to full payment, as outlined in the signed agreement.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

• In rare cases, such as duplicate transactions or technical errors, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. However, approval of such requests remains solely at our discretion.
